Effective date: September 28, 2026
Operator and designated child safety contact: GeomJe Lim
Email: [email protected]

Adults only
Match Your Vibe is a dating and social discovery service for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not create or use an account. We require a date of birth and explicit adult confirmation; these are not government identity verification.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of children, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking and any content or conduct that promotes, facilitates or normalizes sexual abuse or exploitation of anyone under 18. This applies to profiles, photos, audio, messages, questions and all other use of the service, including attempts to move prohibited conduct to another platform. Real, manipulated and AI-generated depictions are covered.

How to report
Use the in-app Report action on a profile or conversation/message. Choose Suspected minor or another relevant reason and describe the concern. The app also provides support requests. Anyone, including a non-user, may contact [email protected] with the subject Child safety. Provide the account nickname or identifier, approximate time and a description. Do not download, copy, forward or email suspected CSAM. Do not send passwords or identity documents. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Response and enforcement
The operator reviews child safety reports and prioritizes credible risks to children. When we become aware of CSAM, we act to remove or disable access to it. We restrict or remove accounts involved in CSAE and remove underage users from the service. We retain only evidence necessary for lawful reporting, investigation and safety, with restricted, audited access under our privacy policy and applicable law. We do not promise that every upload is screened or that abuse detection is automatic.

Reporting to authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws and report identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable. We cooperate with lawful requests and use authorized reporting channels; public reports or ordinary email must not redistribute illegal material.
