Account deletion — Match Your Vibe

Request withdrawal from the app’s account settings. If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] with the subject ‘Match Your Vibe account deletion’. Include your nickname and sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook or another enabled method). Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents. We may need proportionate verification before acting.

Withdrawal hides your profile and starts a 30-day recovery period. Signing back in during it restores the account. After 30 days, profile details, location, login linkage and authored chat/question content are cleared, and photo/audio deletion jobs run. Report evidence, minimal safety/audit/reference records and other people’s authored content are subject to the exceptions in the privacy policy. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
